Privacy notice
This notice explains how personal data sent through this website is handled, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). The site is run by Wei, who works with HeySheep Technologies Pte Ltd ("HeySheep"), a software company in Singapore.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you give: your name, company (if given), email, phone number (if given), what you'd like built and your message. We also record the time, your browser type, your approximate country, and which advert or link brought you here (for example a Facebook ad), so we know which adverts work and can spot abuse. We do not use advertising trackers, cookies or third-party analytics on this site.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call about your project.
- To pass your enquiry to HeySheep's team so they can scope and quote your project.
We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it is kept
Enquiries are stored with our hosting provider (Cloudflare), in Wei's own enquiry records, and in HeySheep's systems once your project is passed to them. We keep them for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting project, and delete them when no longer needed.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email wei@heysheep.sg and we will respond within a reasonable time.
